We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Aside from the aforementioned products , due to the nature of DVDs and clinical products, any products that have been opened are no longer returnable under any circumstances. Original, unopened clinical products or DVDs can be returned for full refund within 30 days of receipt by customer. 

All returns must be preauthorized by contacting "[email protected]" prior to being returned or they will not be accepted. 

For all courses, cancellation refunds are as follows: 

More than 60 days in advance of the course will receive full refund 

Less than 60 days will receive either full credit to another course or product if re-booked within 7 days, or a 50% refund. 

All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned item or cancellation of course.
